“I had to get two wisdom teeth extracted. The gas option sounded so tempting, but I would have been highly disappointed if I would have done it. My experience here was great! I’m a 37 year old man, with the phobia of the dentist like a little kid. Once I stepped into the building and was greeted by the nice staff at the front desk? My nerves came to ease a little. They worked so hard over the phone, helping me get all of the paperwork completed with my insurance; keeping that same energy when I showed up in person. The day of the surgery was magnificent. Dr. Hofheins explained every step of the procedure to me, ensured I had an understanding of everything, and continued to check on me during the procedure. When I say gentle, I barely felt anything…well minus the obvious of pressure from teeth being pulled from my mouth lol. Rhonda was great. She gave me a pep talk right before the surgery…letting me know that everything was going to be alright lol. I didn’t get the other person’s name that entered the room, but it felt like the more people thay came…the happier the room got lol. I don’t think my wife will have to tell me we are going to Disneyworld next time in order to get me into the car. I’m ready to sign up for the season pass to Dentist World. 10 out of 10!

I almost forgot! I received a call later on that day. Guess who it was. DR. HOFHEINS. Lol. That was the FIRST time I had ever gotten a follow up call after any medical visit. That really put a stamped a seal of approval from me to anyone that is looking for an oral surgery experience that does not come with getting lectured, but more informed.”
